Scottsdale Residents can now receive email notification when City Council agendas are posted

A new email subscription enables residents to be notified when City Council meeting agendas are posted or amended. This initiative will enhance transparency and foster greater citizen engagement by providing timely and convenient access to important meeting information.

To sign-up, residents can visit ScottsdaleAZ.gov and search “City Clerk.” Subscribers will receive an email with a link to each City Council meeting agenda when it is posted.

The June 27 City Council Meeting will be the first to use this new system.

The city clerk’s office created a feature on city website to allow you to sign-up for updates on topics you choose.

Simply go to city website, scroll down, input email, and choose topics of interest. Below are most of topics you can choose from:

This subscription notification can be found on the following webpages to make it convenient for individuals to sign up. Individuals can sign up for the email notification on any of the following webpages and only need to sign up once to receive the notifications.

This solution is now live on the City’s website and the June 27^th Meeting will be the first agenda to use this new email list. The email list will be managed by City Clerk staff.
